8-Week Program
The BREAK FREE program and any supplements or herbal compounds (together, the "products") which are offered and sold through one of Break Free Wellness, llc.'s websites are designed for home use unless explicitly specified otherwise. As such, it is impossible for Break Free Wellness to monitor or determine whether or not, or to what extent, an individual is following the directions, or complying with the program as it was intended and outlined in the user guide, which is an integral part of the product. Therefore, a product that has been opened, used, or altered by an individual in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Unopened box or refused delivery returns
An unopened box may be shipped back to Far East Summit at the customer's expense. If the customer wishes to returned an unopened box, it must be done within the first 14 days of the order date. Any packages returned after 14 days of the order date will not be granted a refund. Once received by Far East Summit, a $35 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount in addition to Break Free Wellness's original shipping costs to the customer. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's payment method within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Opened box or partially consumed product returns
Due to the nature of the BREAK FREE program, we cannot offer refunds for opened boxes or partially consumed products.
